[4] Proven Methods To Solve The BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO Error On Windows 10 , 11, 8 Or 7

METHOD 1. RUN SYSTEM SCAN

If you are able to access your system , You can easily perform this task you need to go to "Search bar" and type "CMD" right click on CMD and "Run as administrator". 

Type the command "sfc /scannow" let this run for 100% it may take more than 15 minutes but this method will reinstall your windows files if corrupted any. 

If you are not able access your system you need to force shutdown your computer 2 to 3 time . Just press and hold "Power Key" for 10 seconds as soon as manufacturer logo appears. You will see the option "Automatic Repair Option". 


1. You need to click on "Advanced options" and then click on "Troubleshoot". 


2. Again Click on "Advanced option" 


3. Now click on "Command prompt" and choose the admin account because this command can be run by admin only. 


4. Now type the command "sfc /scannow"  and  let this run until 100%. 


5. type "exit" in command and click on "Continue with windows 10". You can also perform this command. 
 DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

If this step did not help move to 2nd fix.

METHOD 2. UINSTALL FAULTY SOFWARE IN SAFE MODE.

Sometime wrong software could be responsible for this issue because if  software is not compatible for your windows or files of software is corrupted then your system could be in trouble. So How to uninstall that software?. 

1. If you are not able access your system you need to force shutdown your computer 2 to 3 time . Just press and hold "Power Key" for 10 seconds as soon as manufacturer logo appears. You will see the option "Automatic Repair Option".

2. Click on "Troubleshoot " then Again Click on "Advanced option"  as shown on first step above.

3. Now you need to click on "Startup Settings" as shown below.


4. You need to click on "Restart



5. Now press "F4 Key" On you keyboard in order to open system in safe mode. 


6. Now login with your password. You will see black screen of safe mode. 


7. Now go to "Search bar" and type "Control Panel" make sure choose  "Large icons on View category". 

8. Now you need to click on "Programs And Features" as shown below.


9. Now look for faulty or recently installed software after which the problem occurred "click on Uninstall" 


10. Go back and "Restart " your system your issue should be fixed now if not that means issue with not software , You need to perform next task. 


METHOD 3. REPAIR HARD DRIVE 

I will guide you how you can repair your hard drive . You need have knowledge where your windows is installed , If you know then follow the step usually C drive is by default but i could be in other drive as well. 

1. Go to "Advanced Option" Then "Troubleshoot" As shown in first step. 

Now choose "Command prompt" 

1. First command is "chkdsk /r"

2. chkdsk c: /f

Run the command one by one . Now restart your pc , You are good to go. 





METHOD 4. RESET YOUR SYSTEM

Resetting PC can solve may problems especially blue screen of death . When you choose this option 
windows will reset your system to default setting. If you choose "Keep my files" option your all data is safe like your personal files it could be pictures, excels or videos but Your installed programs will be deleted , We recommend you to backup your data before performing this task. And if you choose "Remove everything " option, then your all data will be deleted including all software which did not come with PC. Software come with windows by default like Microsoft Edge. 

2 ways to reset the PC. 

1. For Resetting this pc Go to "Search bar" and type "reset this pc" Then click on "Get Started" Then "Keep my files" and follow the screen  as shown below. 




2. Click on "Local Reinstall " Then "Next".



2. You can go to advanced repair option and choose "Troubleshoot" and then "Reset This pc" This option is for those who is not able to access their system.

3. Now click on "Local Reinstall"


3. Click on "Local Reinstall " Then "Next". You need to check your power there should not be power shortage.
